The year is 2017.
The Ministry of Magic is filled with corruption, with officials taking bribes and working hard only to better their positions, instead of helping the people. The Department of Internal Affairs, though they are investigating, is understaffed and overworked. And so a terrorist group has risen up, determined to make people see what is going on.
Or so it began. Now they just want to see the Ministry burn.
